How Tenam HT 10 mg/25 mg Tablet works
Tenam HT 10 mg/25 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Enalapril and hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Enalapril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. It works by reducing stress on the heart and relaxing blood vessels so that blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.
How To Use Tenam HT 10 mg/25 mg Tablet
- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tenam HT 10 mg/25 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
