How Meslataj Suppository works
Meslataj Suppository is an aminosalicylate. It works directly on the site of inflammation (swelling) in the lower parts of large intestine (colon and rectum) to provide rapid relief from attacks of ulcerative colitis. It suppresses the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause intestinal inflammation, thereby reducing ulceration, bleeding and painful symptoms.
How To Use Meslataj Suppository
- Remove the wrapper from the suppository before inserting it. Keep lying down for about 15 minutes after insertion so that the suppository does not come out before it melts.
