Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your drowsiness.
Migraine attacks can be managed by identifying migraine-causing triggers which may be red wine, caffeine withdrawal, stress, and skipped meals, etc. You can identify personal triggers by maintaining a diary of what you are doing, what you are eating, and any stressful activity happened before migraine attack. How Biograin Plus 10mg/5mg/325mg Tablet works
Biograin Plus 10mg/5mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Domperidone, Flunarizine and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen which prevent migraine accompanied by nausea/vomiting. Domperidone is an antiemetic and prokinetic which blocks the action of a dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker which works by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels in the head thereby preventing migraine headache. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain.

- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Biograin Plus 10mg/5mg/325mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
